How do I dispose of rags after using your products?

Rags used with our food-grade waxes can be stored in ziplock bags so they can be reused for the next application (replace rag with new one if old rag gets dirty). Rags used with water-based products can either be cleaned or thrown out. Rags used with oil-based products, especially with any stain, are best to be thrown out and not washed. To do this safely, hang the rags to dry in a well ventilated area away from any sparks or flame.  Outside hanging on the side of a trash can is usually a good area to do this. Once the rags are dry, dispose of material in compliance with your local city or county waste management agency.
